The EuroLED Touch lamps are advanced LED lighting solutions designed and manufactured in New Zealand. These lamps offer touch-sensitive switching, power savings, and exceptional durability. They provide both red and white light using the latest completely sealed touch-sensitive technology.
Controlling the lighting is simple and intuitive. You can touch the color pad to activate red or blue light, or touch the white pad for white light. On dual-color versions, holding your finger on the pad for more than two seconds will cycle the lamp through four dimming levels. Releasing your finger on the desired light level will set the brightness accordingly.
The dual-color EuroLED Touch lamps can also be operated remotely from multiple points using off-the-shelf ON/OFF/ON momentary switches. By holding one of the external switches for two seconds, you can synchronize the lamps to the same dimming level. The lamp's circuitry remembers the light levels, even when a vessel's batteries are turned off. This means that the lamp will always turn on at the previously set color intensity, regardless of any power interruptions.
The EuroLED Touch lamps offer power savings, drawing 4W on white light (0.33A @ 12V) and less than 1.5W on red or blue light (less than 0.125A @ 12V). Glare diffusion without light loss is crucial for LED lamps to maintain efficiency and safety, especially with powerful lamps like the EuroLED series. The advanced Hella marine lens technology ensures a safe, smooth, and uniform light pattern without glare or discomfort, reducing the risk of eye strain.
Durability is a key feature of the EuroLED Touch lamps. Each lamp is completely waterproof, impact-resistant, and shock-resistant, ensuring an ultra-long service life even in demanding marine environments. The lamps incorporate Multivolt™ circuitry, which provides consistent illumination across a range of input voltages from 9-33V DC, even under severe voltage fluctuations.
The lens material is made of UV-resistant enhanced impact acrylic, while the shroud is constructed of heavy-duty nylon. The lamps have a color temperature of 5000K (White) and come pre-wired with 2.5M of three-core marine cable. They operate on a Multivolt system with an operating voltage of 9-33V DC. The power consumption is 4.0W (0.33A @ 12V / 0.16A @ 24V). The lamps have a degree of protection rating of IP 6K6 6K7, making them completely sealed against water and dust ingress. The weight of each lamp, including the cable, is 290g. They are designed for surface mount installation with a robust bush mount system. The lamps have obtained CE and ISO 8846 (Ignition Protection) approvals, ensuring their compliance with relevant safety standards.
