Advanced CHIRP Transom Mount Transducer for Superior Marine Performance
The Airmar TM265C-LH Transducer is engineered for anglers and marine professionals seeking high-precision sonar performance. Designed specifically for small boats ranging from 25 to 40 feet, this low/high CHIRP transducer delivers unparalleled clarity and depth detection.
With 8 internal broadband ceramics, it ensures exceptional target separation and improved fish detection. The advanced CHIRP technology transmits a wide range of frequencies in a single pulse, significantly enhancing signal penetration and resolution. Whether navigating deep waters or scanning coastal areas, the TM265C-LH provides precise sonar imaging, making it an essential tool for serious fishing and marine applications.
This transducer features a rugged urethane housing and a stainless steel mounting bracket, ensuring long-term durability in harsh marine environments. It is designed to retrofit existing TM258 and TM260 brackets for seamless installation. Additionally, Airmar’s exclusive Xducer ID® technology optimizes performance by automatically configuring the transducer settings to match the connected sonar system.
Precision Sonar with CHIRP Technology
The TM265C-LH operates across two frequency ranges, allowing for both deep and shallow water scanning.
- Low Frequency (42-65 kHz): Ideal for deep-water fishing with a beamwidth of 25° to 16°.
- High Frequency (130-210 kHz): Offers high-resolution imaging with a beamwidth of 10° to 6°, perfect for identifying fish and structures in shallower depths.
This wide frequency range enables superior fish detection and seabed mapping, providing the clarity and detail required for efficient navigation and fishing.
Built for Versatile Marine Applications
Designed to accommodate a variety of boat types, the TM265C-LH is compatible with:
- Boat Size: 8 m to 12 m (25’ to 40’)
- Boat Type: Suitable for outboards and inboard/outboard (I/O) vessels
- Hull Compatibility: Works with fiberglass, wood, and metal hulls
- Hull Deadrise: Designed for deadrises up to 28°
The acoustic window is made from durable urethane, ensuring consistent signal transmission and long-lasting performance in saltwater and freshwater environments.
