8080 Single Circuit ON/OFF - Plus Main: Comprehensive Battery Switch System
The 8080 Single Circuit ON/OFF - Plus Main is a comprehensive system designed to provide efficient battery management and main circuit protection for DC power systems. This system includes two 6006 m-Series Switches and one 100A c-Series Flat Rocker Circuit Breaker, offering a complete solution for isolating batteries and ensuring the safety of gasoline-powered boats.
With the 8080 Single Circuit ON/OFF - Plus Main, you can effectively separate the Engine circuit from the House circuit, simplifying battery switch operation and protecting sensitive electronics from voltage fluctuations during engine cranking. The system allows for independent battery discharge and automates the charging process of both batteries by integrating an Automatic Charging Relay.
Moreover, this system serves as the main circuit protection for the DC House power system. In the event of a failed House or Start battery bank, it enables isolation from the electrical system, allowing the operation of House and Start loads from the remaining battery bank. It streamlines battery switch operation by isolating the Start circuit from the House circuit and ensures ignition protection for safe installation on gasoline-powered boats. The inclusion of an Automatic Charging Relay further facilitates efficient charging of both batteries, providing a reliable and versatile power management solution.
This product contains chemicals, including di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (dehp), which is known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
