DuraLed® lamps are designed and manufactured in New Zealand, providing powerful white light and serving as a safe, energy-efficient, and reliable alternative to traditional incandescent and fluorescent lighting.
These compact lamps utilize efficient power-saving LED technology that offers an ultra-wide spread of light, making them suitable for a wide range of interior or exterior applications. The LED technology ensures low power consumption, with the lamps consuming less than 2.5W (less than 0.20A @ 12V), which helps conserve energy and reduces strain on your boat's electrical system. Switched versions of the lamps feature a completely sealed ON/OFF control integrated into the center logo for easy operation.
Hella Marine LED lamps are known for their class-leading energy efficiency and maintenance-free design, allowing you to install them and forget about them. They are built to last and provide reliable performance over an extended period of time.
The lens of the DuraLed® lamps is made from UV-resistant and impact-enhanced acrylic, ensuring durability and resistance to discoloration or damage from the sun's UV rays. The shroud is constructed from heavy-duty nylon, adding strength and ruggedness to the lamp's overall construction.
The lamps emit a warm white light with a color temperature of 3000K, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere onboard. They come pre-wired with 500mm of twin-core marine cable, making installation easier and more convenient. The lamps operate at 12/24V DC, and their power consumption remains below 2.5W (below 0.20A @ 12V / below 0.10A @ 24V). With a weight of 115g (including the cable), they are lightweight and suitable for various mounting surfaces. The lamps are surface-mounted using the robust bush mount provided.
DuraLed® lamps have obtained CE and ISO 8846 (Ignition Protection) approvals, ensuring compliance with international safety standards and regulations.
