Advanced Marine Thermal Imaging for Enhanced Navigation and Safety
The FLIR Systems M232 Thermal IP Camera is an innovative marine thermal imaging solution designed to enhance situational awareness and safety on the water. Equipped with a high-resolution 320 x 240 thermal sensor and advanced pan-and-tilt functionality, this compact and affordable thermal camera delivers clear and detailed imaging for nighttime navigation and object detection.
With FLIR’s cutting-edge Boson™ thermal core, the M232 provides real-time visibility of obstacles, bridges, docks, buoys, and other vessels, allowing boaters to navigate safely in low-light and foggy conditions. When integrated with Raymarine Axiom MFDs, the M232 takes advantage of ClearCruise™ intelligent thermal analytics, offering audible and visual alerts for non-water objects, such as other boats or navigational hazards.
The M232’s lightweight design and IP video connectivity make installation seamless, reducing the need for extra video signal cables while ensuring smooth integration with marine electronics. Its 2x digital zoom and wide field of view enhance long-range visibility, making it an essential addition to any vessel’s navigation system.
